All the dips contain fermented ingredients like white miso paste, homemade carrot kimchi & homebrewed kombucha which allows the flavour to deepen and develop over the 14 days.
Store in fridge for 7 days upon receiving, or choose to freeze for 1 month. For the latter, defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking it. To cook, either pan fry, air fry or toss it in the oven. Easy peasy. Detailed cooking instructions are included on the packet.
