In this spirit, our first Umami Platter comprises 3 homemade items, each brimming and dishing out outsized Umami in EVERY bite.
Each platter is family-sized (good for up to 5 pax) and contains:
- A 400g slab of Hot Smoked Salmon by This Is The Shit Smokery (T.I.T.S) - Ménage à Trois, Loaded Gun Kitchen's much-loved trio of dips & spreads in 3 x 100g jars, or upsize to our fabulous 3x220g jars 😎 - A generous 770g loaf of Bespoke Bread's premium Roasted Garlic Sourdough
Storage Dips can be kept for 14 days refrigerated from day of delivery. Salmon can be kept 3 weeks opened, and 3 months if the vacuum seal is untorn. Sourdough should be kept in an airtight container and is good at room temperature for 3 days. Alternatively, slice and freeze and up till 6 months.
